if it's older than 1970....1969 or older....yes....as long as it meets the guidelines. With that grille and a single washer nozzle, it is a 1966... ;D However, IIRC there's no external differences between a 1969 and a 1970 (last year produced) so I guess that all Amazons will fit... (The differences is that the 1970 had headrests and rear seatbelts, but they were available as an option earlier)

I removed the engine shot from MOM. It's all good...but the braided line/engine shot makes me think of newer custom stuff. Braided lines are TRaKable, on drag and race related stuff. We had a big ole' discussion on them awhile back and how scarce they were even on drag cars. Front tires are a bit low for my taste but they can slide.

i got a question...what does this board think of builds like the "Atomic Punk"?
i´m in a buildoff with Rogernor on a boxstock challenge...all we can use is parts that are i the box (and the box itself). he built that beutiful black chopped 49 Ford that he have showed here...and my build are a heavilly modified 57 Ford that are turned into a "Atomic Punk" styled rod....since the kit have been around since almost the birth of modelcar kits the parts in it are fully trakable...but what about the style of this concept?

Even though the Punk is totally a modern build in 1:1, I don't have anything against it for TRaK. It's built just like something Roth would have done and many of Roth's cars are TRaKable. It's no different than some of the paint colors or wheel choices made on a lot of the hot rods on this board...maybe not exactly what someone would have done.....but it's all pre 70 style and parts used.

Here's one I'm poking at for a bit of fun while working on other builds. Hope it flies.

It's this With a Gunze Sangyo 1/32nd `59 Ford Owen oc MCM is doing one as well www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=32168Yo would never have picked it as Japanese. It;s got styling cues from US & England, when I had it my hands I knew it had to be a custom, & it would throw poeple as well.
