can i submit pictures of a replica i built of an old 74 camaro i use to own........man that car brings back so many memories.......memories of cruising down an old country road with the tee tops off, wind blowing thru my mullet, Leonard Skynard blarring thru the 8 track player, a warm Ol Milwaulkee between my legs and my lil cousin sitting in the passenger seat starring dreamly into my eyes......................................................NOT .............ROFLMAO Now ladies and gentlemen, that exactly, is a prime example of the kinda stuff we do not want you to ask if can be posted here @ TRaK............................. WTF? you mean you didn't have a Mullet?

Ok, I got one.
There are a nice set of "Moroso" Valve covers in the Revell 68 corvette convertable kit, along with a 6-71 supercharger, I have it in a project, old Revell 57 Nomad Gasser.
Are those Valve cover allowed?

How about the good old Holley Dominator 1150cfm. carbs are kinda up to you really....i would not recommend using one that is obviously too new, but it's "one of those things" that i would say can be hidden under an air cleaner, but some guys will say HELL NO to a carb if they see it's not old. as for the Holley Dominator 1150cfm, i would NOT use it here. that was a "new" high performance part in the early 70s, particularly in 1973 when the "Motion" Chevelle SS427 and L88 Corvettes were big Muscle. muscle cars are definately not a TRaK item, but if you want to use that carb, i would keep the hood shut or cover it with a bigass air cleaner LOL

This may be a strange question... But as far as i know, this board has a "pre 70" limit. I'm from Sweden, where we actually had some nice customs in the sixties! But they had their own style, mostly it was influed by how american customs looked, but I think that the main difference here was that the same people that built hot rods (and also the same people that introduced drag racing here in the late sixties) that also built customs. Because of that, there could often appear things like mag wheels, open rear wheel wells, hood scoops, hood pins, louvers, bucket seats, grant steering wheels on our customs. Some of the things may even be classed as traditional in the united states, but some of them not. I like to build cars in the swedish 60s style (and, this was how they looked BEFORE 1970, customs became dead here in the early seventies, and didn't come back until the 80s, then influed more by american 50s customs), but the question is, will you accept those cars on the board? If you need to know more about how the cars looked, just ask me.

If you need to know more about how the cars looked, just ask me. as long as the car and the parts being used on the car , as well as the over all "style/look" is pre 69....i have no problems with it. if you don't think a part would fit in, just ask here and show a picture.

I had cut down a fairly large tire (on my Dremel) into a slick. I then cut two grooves near the edge and made a mold and some castings. I 'assume' this is a street slick on account of the grooves. I have seen tires like this, but don't know what era they originated in. here are a pair on the 50 PU I'm buildin. TRaKable?
