here are some pics of a car i mocked up in the last few days. i got a box full of '33-'34 parts and picked through until i came up with most of what's here, the rest came from my parts kit's stash. i have a bunch of started projects, so i'll have to focus on one at some point. it is fun coming up with ideas though and mocking them up! Oh, Man! Build this. That's a beautiful body and a great stance. Just screams [glow=red,2,300]ATTITUDE[/glow]

Looking forward to the color Well, that pretty much sums up my thoughts on this one - You've really nailed the look, but I'd go with a 3 or 6 carb setup instead(possibly on top of the blower)... and of course a set of megaphone headers to disturb the peace

here are some pics of the body on the chassis. still needs alot of work, but it looks good. the exhaust will be full length and out the back. i'm not a big fan of the open header thing that seems to be common in the 1:1 world. it's cool at the track, but not for me on the street. the scoop is there to stay too. it's small and different and i like the way it looks up there. figuring out a grille will be fun as well as the radiator and headlights. interior i think is just going to be satin black. Yes.........finished in Marty's colors. He would wanna take a spin in this one. As far as I know, ALL of his racecars were purple and yellow.

That's beautiful, Dave. do it your way and don't change a thing. That's about the only purple/yellow combo I've seen that didn't look extremely garish. Nice work.
