NICE. That Chev engine is a good looking hunk(s) of plastic!

Great start! I am putting the exact same motor in mine, but I'm buiding it as a 60's-70's street racer like they used to drive around my home town.

the axle and springs are separate parts. it comes with some lowering blocks too, but they werent enough. the engine is a nice fit, but i already know the radiator will have to be reversed, like in the 1:1 swaps. i extended the trans mounts and modified the stock front motor mounts to work with the 348. You had me all kinds of excited there for a minute. I thought that was a resin 348/409! Which '59 Chevy kit did that come from? The pics threw me because of the yellow tint in the plastic made me think they were resin. Looks like some clean cast parts. I gotta start back in on my resin-slingin!

the engine is from the Revell '59 Chevy kit and it's the same one in the '60 too. very nicely detailed. i just wish that they included a single 4-barrel intake and carb set-up as well. Dave
