i got mine in the mail yesterday. its a great kit and i immediately got started on it. I channeled it and bobbed the rear fenders as well as moulded the rear fenders to the body. Normally i dont like to post stuff while its still in bare plastic with mud on it but i had to show this so that i could say im the first to channel the new sedan and leave it with fenders. At first i didnt give the new wire wheels a second glance but i was having a hell of a time finding the wheels to get the right "look" i wanted so just for fun i decided to try these on and with a blackwash they now look pretty darn presentable, at least im happy with em. Sorry for the bad picture Thanks for looking

thank you Kyle. i do have a 2 part question, where did you cut to section it and how much did you remove? Duane. This one isnt sectioned its only channeled. I channeled it the width of the frame. To get the fenders up in the body I placed the fender over the body and then traced with a sharp pencil all the way around the fender. then i filed up to the line. Next i cut the rear fenders from the running boards to make it easier to mould them to the body. I then cut off the back side of the rear fender as well to make it fit better and then i glued them on. I also had to do a small notch in the front fender where it met the cowl. I hope that answers your question

so nice mock-upage going on there...sometimes bare plastic is the only to show it..I plan to channel mine as well, but mine is going to be a highboy..you'(and others who've channeled fendered 32's) have got guts to do a fendered version...keep up the great work on this one.

Thanks guys i finished this one up but its too dark to take decent pictures so ill have them for you tomarrow. This thing went together like a dream which is part of the reason it got finished so fast, that and the fact that i have been working on it pretty much non stop since I started it.

Damn, how did I miss this the first time around? Very cool, Kyle! I love those wire wheels more and more every time I see 'em. Love the stance and I can't wait to see the finished pics! I better get off my ass and chop that body sitting on my bench taunting me to have a "first"! LOL!
