Well i got a 40 ford body and frame from ddlova yesterday and now i have a complete uncut 40 to tool around with. So i finished my sedan up and got started on this. Havent got much done yet i have just been gathering parts. I filled the dinky holes in the firewall as well as removing the battery tab(not in the pic). The engine will be a hemi. I got out the tape and did this quick mockup. Im going to get the frontend to sit lower but other then that everything seems to be going good so far.

Great '40! Those are like a blank canvas to us. I have a '40 Revell kit in the works too.

Thanks, The rear wont be tubbed, its running pie crust slicks in the rear and the dark spot in the picture makes them look a lot wider than they are. Dave, good to hear you got a frame, revell will also send you parts free for the cost of shipping if you supply the part # and the kit #. Check out their website for more information. I think your limited to 8 parts per kit though.
