The answer to this post will probably determine whether I try to fly this build on TRaK. This looks familiar, like I may have seen it on a model at some time in the distant past. but I don't know exactly what it is or where it originated. It looks like a FI system of some sort and it sems to fit a flathead pretty good. I may assemble and install it all wrong, but that's where it's headed, right or wrong. And it's gonna get built, whether in TRaK or not. Appreciate any input, and someone may possibly steer me in assembling it correctly.. Thanks, geezer

It looks like the High-Tech FI-intake from the AMT 41 Ford Woodie.
I have never seen a anything like this installed on a 1/1 Flathead, but I'm about 110% sure that a setup like this with K&N style filters, dual throttle bodies and a split ram intake is a late nineties sort of thing.
However, I'm wondering if the baseplate can be modified into an era-correct Hilborn style Flathead intake with 4 pairs of velocity stacks/intake tubes...

Clay, that intake is definitely post '70, I have searched every source I can find on Fuel Injection intakes for the flat head and have yet to come up with anything even close to it.
Other then the era that other problem with the intake is that the runners have no actual connection to the injectors. This was the intake I planned on using on the '32 Sedan Delivery but decided against just do to the lack of realism.

OK, I DID have the woody kit and that's probably how I got them. I'm goin for it tho. Imagineering at it's most blatent. I'll use the runner nozzles and plumb each one of them to a nozzle on the manifold and use the carbs as throttle bodys. I may be able to keep the rest TRaKable, but there won't be any big yank, now, to worry over the parameters. It can be built in the forum.
BTW, i still have one of the Hilborn flathead injectors left that Manny cast off of my master, but this'll be more fun.
