Hmmmm. 19 and 23, that ain't TraKa'ble, or is it? Not TRAKable wheels. Just a current fad, and it's fading... they make a car or model look like they are the wrong scale. That's what I call "Foosy". Nothing bad sad, as I'm a fan as well, but those '50s, '60s cars should have maximum 17 inch wheels. 15 in the front, 17 in the rear, and plenty more rubber, just to make them driveable. Torque Thrusts are my all time favourite, together with the Slotmags, and collorpainted steelies. Got the slots on my Super Beetle, wish the latter ones on my Fiat 130 Berlina.

I did that Buick years ago. The wheels are wrong for a "custom" The orignal kit had an "Connie" kit,and a nice set of skirts, and lake pipes. you can still find the parts. I've been looking for one for years.
