I took some new pics of some older builds,,,,,some not TOO old. This is the chopped '40 Ford mastered by Rik Hoving and resin cast by Replicas & Miniatures Co. of Md. Paint is Tamiya lavender, but it came out a much darker purple than I exspected. I added the peak on the trunk to duplicate the peak on the hood and cowl. '46 Ford tailights and a sunken license plate. Scratchbuilt anntena with foxtail made from Q-Tip cotton and painted with water based paints. Vent windows opened. Made a hinge-mount mirror with small silver wire. Flattie from the kit with all the normal detailing. I'm sure Norm will be selling more of these in Toledo.

Man, that's great ! Relay box on firewall is exquisite and the black rubber molding on the windows is a great touch. Not many take that route.
Nice work.

Normal detailing for you, maybe. For me, that is top-shelf stuff! I like all your detail additions - antenna, fox tail, mirror... Taillights and bumperettes work well back there.
