Well, looking at these pics I realize i need to get some better ones, but you get the idea. it's the trumpeter 60 Bonneville convertible. I deleted some trim, smoothed the body, and that was about it. Added wheels from the AMT 60 starliner. The engine has the Latham blower from the AMT 25 T added to the kit block. When this kit came out critic said it had a non-stock interior. So, as a kustomizer, I used that to my advantage and added some seats out of the AMT 58 chevy, and center console from the AMT 49 merc. This kit may not be the best ever, but it's good starting point. Hobby Lobby was clearancing these out last time I was there, so if you were afraid of the pricetag before, try it now! public.fotki.com/crstan/finished_models_by_me/trumpeter_60_bonnev/

Oh, i forgot the top. it's from the revell 59 chevy convertible. it fit with VERY MINIMAL modification. And yes, those real springs make it nice and bouncy for me and my lady

I been seein' that at Hobby Lobby on clearance too, but always passed it up cause of their "clearance" price. I like the car, but not THAT much. Hee Hee! Nice job on this ride!

Love that interior! Paint, wheels & pipes too! Oh, i forgot about the pipes. I didn't get a shot of the chassis, but those pipes are hooked up to the kit exhaust. Thanks everyone for the comments. The rep stock guys ripped this one apart, but I saw opportunity. that's what i love about us Rod and Kustom guys.
