It's a great looking build no doubt, and a cool car in a nice diorama but, unless I'm being really dumb here... apart from the pipes, wheels and tyres (and possibly paint scheme) isn't it factory stock and therefore not TRAKable?

Seems to me it's a really nice model of a really nice driver, but not really 'modified' very much. If it'd been treated to shaved emblems and door handles and lowered a tad it'd be a natural! If the guidelines are followed it's still a very nice detailed stock model, not a kustom or a rod.
