That is the BEST roadgrime I have seen yet. You need to do a tutorial on that, I want to use it for a 34 I am building. Wow...btw, spotted a fingerprint in the 'grime' on the bumper...if it wasn't for that I'ld swear it was a 1:1 car.

ok this goes into my favorites too! very nice work despite the problems you say it had. I think it looks like a teen ride that would be cruising back country roads. It sits low and looks used...i like that! what is your last name again?

I love it! This is one I'd drive myself in 1:1. Great job with the light weathering, too.

Hi there, thanks for the compliments. The dirt was made with a mixture of tamiya smoke clear and flat base...I mixed both colors 1:1.Cutted out some tape for the wiper area and than sparyed it with my airbrush. After the paint was dry I took a Q-tip with some spiritus on it to remove the mixture in some of those areas on the body where maybe you touch it for opening the door or hood etc.The bodycolor was automotive paint so there was no problem with the spiritus.Hope this helps, Cheers,Chris

This 55 Chev. looks like a mild custom that we did in the 60's, and the weathering is great. This is what most looked like after the week end. Really impressed.
