The stance looks perfect for this one! I agree!! I have seen few '57 Chevy's that look good too low to the ground! Besides, you need for the double stripe whites to be seen good!!! David S.

Nice - Have you considered adding a set of Lake Pipes from AMT's '62 Pontiac Catalina for additional visual lowering effect?

I have thought about some lakes pipes for it, I think I have a set from the Catalina and a set from the Revell Merc kit, I will dig them out tonight and try them on the car!!

Fine stance and nice wheel/tire combo!
Gotta say I really like the Larry Watson two-tone green '55!

Those tires have now been made available in a parts pack of 8 tires! Maybe others knew this, but it's new to me, and I'm kinda happy about it!!

I haven't been good about posting picks, I was doing some finish touch up this weekend and thoroughly botched the paint job, so I am working on getting a 150 sedan body ready for paint, I discovered that the primer I have been using has had a formula change and is not good on plastic anymore, so I have gone back to Duplicolor primer sealer, it seems to still work OK we will see how it goes....

Sorry to hear that John! I've found Tamiya's grey primer to be the best for just about anything model related I've messed with...........lays down so much nicer/finer than anything from Duplicolor to. The slightly higher cost is definitely worth it!
