After the paint disaster on the Bel Air body, I broke out the 150 body and got it painted without any issues !!

Beautiful John!! Nice masking work too, I never get my edges that straight when I do that!?! Also I see you couldn't resist getting 1 piece of chrome on there to see how it looked!?!

David the hood is the only survivor of the botched paint job on the first body, but the chrome was on there to see how it looked !!

I am not going to get my builds done by the dead line, I had a bout of builders block this summer, and now I have a head cold and if I try and push through the build I will only end up ruining something, so I will finish this build as soon as I can , but it will probably be after the deadline. I have always had trouble building to a deadline, so I think my New Years Resolution this year is to not even try to build for a competition, just build what I feel like building and if it fits a contest I will join in.

Sorry to hear this John. I do hope to see your builds finished at some point though! Hope you feel better too!

Yes, it's such a beautiful car, we must see it done!! When your up to it, of course!!! I'm not finishing either of my builds as well. Just a whole bunch of my life getting in the way here! But I do plan to build mine later, in 2019 I hope to get 'em done!?!
Best regards, David S.

Well it's back to Bel Air, that's what I really wanted it as anyway, Since Ed has so graciously gave us more time , lets see if I can get this one done, here are a couple pics of my custom grille, first time for trying to make a "drawer pull" grille!
