I think I have the tires and rims picked out, and the filled hood from Ed.

It's funny, I was thinking about doing a '57 Chevy for this class and I just got Ed's interior and hood. LOL! Only difference is I was going to use the 150 Sedan.

The tires are from the Surf Woody, I bought one of them on clearance at Hobby Lobby and it happened to have two sets of tires in it so I stole both pair of the front tires for this build!! I was thinking of using the 150 Sedan, but I really like the Bel Air side trim !!

I was thinking of using the 150 Sedan, but I really like the Bel Air side trim !! It's funny how the Bel Air side trim just screams "'57 Chevy"! I like this trim option better myself for most '57's.....or the 210 option.

Nice wheel/tire choice! Maybe a little more forward rake is in order?

Yeah, I need to get the chassis mocked up and see what kind of stance I can get, I am a child of the seventies (that's when I started driving) and I like them up in the air a little bit so I have to study some old pics to get the idea of what stance I need!!

I have Ed's interior too, but I think I'll sit this one out. Looking forward to pickup up some ideas for mine.

That interior looks very, very nice! I agree that a little rake would be excellent.

Wow - How lucky can you get? They really suit the overall style of the car - Now all it needs is a proper "California rake" like the candy green '55, and possibly a set of scavenger pipes.

You know what guys? I bought a AMT '68 Camaro kit when they came out. That kit comes with 8 lettered tires in the kit in one bag! It has 4 L's and 4 F's in one bag, and I got 2-bags in one box of the first kit I bought of the re-release!! I grabbed another kit just in hopes of the little bonus. But no luck the second time, but still 8 more tires though!! David S.
