Got another one done a 64 falcon Sprint drop top
Sorry Carl your Falcon was deemed not TRaKable and removed from the thread. Hope you understand. In the future if unsure about TRaKabilty of a build please post in the "Is This TRaKable" section. Thanks.

Cool! Ditto the other comments. That foil work must have taken some patience! Worth it, though!

Very nice, I've owned a few 1:1 '64 Sprint hardtops and a '65 Sprint convertible.

Looks nice but, I'm sorry, how is this trakable? Quoting Mr Black from a different thread response: " while I do always respect opinions and ideas, taking them into consideration based on popular response.... I prefer to leave it as it is here. When I am back 100% I plan on cleaning/trimming a little fat off the first glance/home page. This place does focus on Rod and Kustom, it was built with that in mind...but always has welcomed drag. The land speed salty cars and vintage roundy cars were added later on to be accepted within the era and to allow those who like it here...to share their similar era interests. so in a nut shell, I prefer to leave as is...the mix of "what's new" is nice ! it's simple.... up to 1969 cars, trucks... with parts, style and appearance of being built in the "Real world" in 1969 or earlier. this doesn't mean we are looking for realism, it just means to keep in mind... "was this part, style, color/paint type decals etc"....found in 69 or earlier? the real cut off for traditional is 1965, I expanded our views on this to allow more variety. it's for fun anyways right? enjoy! " While I'm not trying to jockey for a moderator position (I'm busy enough thank you!), I'm not sure what may be making you question the TRAK-ability of this build. Is it the Cragar's? They were available as a brand new accessory in 1964. I'm just curious about the inquiry on allowance. It appears to me as a pretty much spot on go-fast-on-a-budget high-schooler hot rod in the mid to late sixtys ride.

And... Nice work falconwagon! No, I know very well when what wheels were available when. That's a muscle car or street machine. NOT a "hot rod" or a "custom" According to the TRaK guidelines, it's not postable. If this car is allowed, I guess it's also OK to post up all our '69 and earlier Camaros, Mustangs , etc. as long as they have mags and chrome on the engine?

I'll let one of the moderators try and explain what I posted from the ADMIN, which is saying the same thing. Hopefully, it will explain it in a way that is amenable.

You go right ahead and PM Bob Black, who wrote that paragraph and have him PM me. Looks to me like you copied that from a post involving a drag car post. NOT a street car. But, ya, you go right ahead.

I'm not sure why this turned in to a "who can pee higher up on the tree" thing. I will leave it at that. I'm not going to dissertate with you or debate. You asked a question regarding "TRAK-ability", it was answered, and you seem dissatisfied that it was answered. No arguing from this side. Nothing underhanded or tattling. Now that we have muddied up someone's thread with this, let's just let it lay? THIS conversation should have been taken somewhere else. Now, YOU go have a nice day! :-)
