That's a beautiful job, Zed, I chopped mine thru the trunklid also. I tried a little tongue-in-cheek sarcasm on Bob by suggesting a continental kit back there. ;o) Bob's model really accents those fine rear fender lines. Modern Zambonies just don't have lines like that!

... i thought you all should know, this is not some retarded move on my part, it's been done this way on real cars too. remember....kustom can't be wrong. Bob, I wouldn't call you a 'Tard! On the contrary, I think the way yer goin' about it makes since! (Specially if you seen it done on 1:1 scale!) I don't think that you need to get a 'nuther kit, just glue the peices back together again, and start over! Zed's execution is flawless, but there are so many different ways to skin cats! Pick yours, and go for it!

BTW, I think besides the venerable '40 Ford and '49-52 Merc, this car has to be the all-time most kustomized rodney on the planet, regardless of scale! I have seen a lot of Quality work on this forum on this particular model (no pun intended) of car, and I'm lovin' every minute of it!
