Lookin' pretty good! I just picked one up yesterday and overall I like it. The flathead is nice but those turkeys hooked it up to a modern slushbox tranny. That's my only real bitch about it though. That, and don't I wish those wheels came with it! Are you going to chop it or leave it? I'm curious either way. I just can't wait to see what you do with this.

Killer stance. I'm in the same boat as Randfink, we have the same LHS. Apparently the owner didn't even know this kit was coming Seems like quite a few LHS owners missed the announcement of this one

here are some updated pics. alot of little things done today. i trimmed most of the interior floor piece away, sectioned the seats, notched the pan to fit the firewall and cut and modified a Revell '49 Mercury dash to fit. most of the chrome parts i'm using spent the night in ammonia getting stripped, so i was able to use them today. while working on this today, i decided i do want to build a fendered version of this too. this project got deep in a hurry! the rims and tires on this are from the '29 rat rod kit. the rear ones are modified to look like reversed ones by adding the chrome rim half from the '49 Mercury's rims to the front half of the rat rod rims. the chrome is now stripped and the rims when done will be one color. our local hobby shop, a Hobbytown, called me yesterday and told me they had gotten these in. i had been asking about them already for a few weeks. when i went up there to buy the re-issued '50 Ford pick-up kit they had just one of the '32 sedan's. he said that was all he had gotten, which i thought was strange.
