The Crown trim is looking good. Are you going to attach it to the body and then BMF or keep it separate and have it chrome plated?

It's attached to the body. I'll either BMF or Alclad it, not sure which yet. Thanks.

I have a similar project, that's been stalled out for half a decade. A useful hint: Testors' "Kandy Scarlet" from the Colors by Boyd line, applied over a dark brown primer matches the box-art color pretty well.

A beautiful job you are doing. Those were cool and unique cars when new. My recollection is hearing how terribly hot they were in the summer. ...but the look of that green roof piece was just too cool. i still remember where I saw my first one!

I found this hood scoop and I like the look of it on this car but I'm torn because it's not on the box art. But then...neither are the chromed reverse wheels ! What do you all think, scoop or no?
